How long we keep data and how to delete it
Retention Periods

Manual Deletion
Delete Individual Runs
You can delete individual analysis runs from your dashboard. This removes:
- All analysis results
- Uploaded documents
- Generated embeddings
Delete Your Account
To delete your entire account and all associated data:
- Go to Account Settings
- Select "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion

Deletion Timeline

Export Before Deletion
We recommend exporting your analysis results before deletion. Export formats available:
- JSON (full data)
- HTML (formatted report)
- CSV (tabular data)
- DOCX (Word document)
