Subprocessors
Third-party services that process data on our behalf
We use the following subprocessors to provide Soak. All subprocessors have appropriate data protection agreements in place.
Core Infrastructure

OVHcloud acts as a data processor under GDPR. Their data processing agreement and contractual terms are available at ovhcloud.com/en-gb/terms-and-conditions/contracts.
LLM Processing

BYOK users: If you provide your own API key, your chosen provider processes your data directly. We do not control their data handling.

Changes to Subprocessors
We will notify customers 30 days before adding new subprocessors. Notifications are sent to account email addresses.
If you object to a new subprocessor and we cannot accommodate your concerns, you may terminate your account.
